How we test

Four things run on every cycle. None of them are a demo — they either pass, or they fail the run and stop us.

01 · Method

Continuous simulation through real code

Gate-in/out, inspections, yard moves and appointments run daily through the actual app and backend — the real production paths, not mocks or a staged happy path.

02 · Invariants

10 correctness invariants, every run

After each run we assert 10 hard invariants — inventory consistency, tenant isolation, role permissions, shift handover. Any single violation fails the whole run.

03 · Adversarial

Concurrency & multi-tenant probes

Parallel load with multiple tenants running at once, plus permission probes that actively try to reach across sites or force actions a role shouldn’t be allowed to take.

04 · Real inputs

Interaction twin + OCR benchmark

Automated drivers press the real mobile screens, and OCR is measured against 100+ real container photos with checksum-verified ground truth — not synthetic text.

What it caught, and we fixed before launch

These are genuine defects surfaced by our own automated tests — found by our tests, not reported as customer incidents.

What this is — and isn’t

These results come from a synthetic internal simulation, not production customers. They show engineering discipline and coverage; they are not a service-level guarantee, an uptime promise, or a substitute for field data.

Our next step is a paid pilot — the one thing synthetic data can’t give us is a real yard’s actual volumes and edge cases, which we use to calibrate the simulation against reality. We’d rather tell you that plainly than overstate what we have today.

Figures reflect Vantage’s internal automated test simulation using synthetic operations. They are not production customer usage, not a benchmark of any specific competitor, and not a service-level or availability guarantee. We publish them to show how we build: continuously, self-checking, and honest about what we find.
