What a YMS usually costs
The license is rarely the whole bill. This is why a yard with 40 dock doors typically never buys one.
Enterprise YMS pricing is not published by those vendors, so the left column describes the buying process rather than a specific vendor quote. Compare against whatever quote you receive.
Pricing questions
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No. Setup is self-serve, and most teams run their first real gate transaction the same day they sign up.
Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No. Plans bill monthly and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is available and saves 15 percent, but it is optional.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Vantage runs on standard phones and tablets. There are no RFID readers, kiosks, scanner guns, or camera towers to purchase or install.
What counts as a transaction?
A gate in or a gate out. Yard moves, yard checks, and inspections are not counted separately.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial runs 14 days with the full product. If you do nothing, it simply ends. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Change plans from your account at any time. There are no overage fees, so a busy month does not produce a surprise invoice.
Can I run more than one site?
Multi-site visibility is included from Scale. Smaller operations usually start with a single site on Lite or Pro.
Do you offer a discount for a pilot?
